Sandhills offers a rare combination: a 4000 sq ft modern beach house, exceptional views and direct access to Saunton Sands beach - a minute's walk from the bottom of the garden. Construction of this stunning house was completed in 2015 and the design takes full advantage of its spectacular location.  

It has been featured in articles including "Is this the UK's most incredible family home".  The main living areas provide a constantly evolving view across the UNESCO-protected Braunton Burrows and Saunton Sands (frequently listed in the most beautiful UK beaches) from behind double-glazed, four metre high glass windows. 

Consistent with its contemporary design, the house has large, open-plan living areas that give a sense of space - even when full of adults and children.   The living room is adjacent to the large kitchen and atrium and there is a separate children's den with table tennis and TV room in the west wing of the house.

Sandhills comprises a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 utility rooms, 1 study  and a hot outside shower to welcome those returning from the surf. The garden is terraced with ample space to play ball games and has a large, netted trampoline for children.

The private access to the beach road is at the end of the garden and it is just a one minute walk to the 3 mile beach of Saunton Sands,  its surf schools, restaurant, beach cafe and ice cream shop.

Please note: connected to Sandhills is a grandpa flat which overlooks the garden.  The grandpa flat has its own separate entrance, but shares the main car parking area.
